Character Creation

Creating a character couldn't be easier. Simply decide on a faction, a name, what group (If any) and what class you want.
That's it!
You have access to all weapons relevant to your class. If you find you are not agreeing with the class, you can change it after your first event as the character.

This game doesn't have xp or progression. All progress you gain in the game is in the story, the war and your personal renown. Your deeds are key in this game, not your survival rate. Someone who's new can make waves in a single game where a veteran might not. It's how you go about playing that dictates your success, it's all about taking the field and proving your worth. There are many avenues to take, wether its soldiery, support, diplomacy or resource management. Groups are key to this game as nobody can progress without a little help but standing out as a paragon of your nation is just as important.

We are still sorting out records and ticket systems so bear with us on that but worry not, there's little you need to worry about managing in the run up to and between events, just enjoy the ride.

There will be updates of the evolution of the game world between events. You may see the effect of your characters actions in the reports and news articles circulating the world.

Who is your character?

Your character is someone of repute, someone who is well respected....or someone who is unfortunately along for the ride. Your character is either a celebrated war hero, a veteran, someone of rank or status. It could also be that you are a soldier or staff of someone who IS of rank, status or experience. How they got there is up to you. if there is anything you want to run by us, feel free to contact us through Facebook or via Email.

Why are you in this War?

Both sides are experimenting with a new weapon and new tactics, it goes without saying that these can only be trusted to experienced, proven competent crews. Your character can either be formally inducted into the Royal Armoured Cavalry/Rapid Response Legion or you are a unit from elsewhere that has been asked to send specialists in your field to advise and to help with the development of the new units and their roles. If you are from elsewhere, you are on temporary redeployment while you are in the field. During the time between events your characters main actions are to go on shore leave and to catch up with your home unit/business. As well as being advisors/specialists in the field, it can be seen that once your faction has obtained more tank resources, your newfound expertise in the area could fast-track your units into service with the new weapons, but that is assuming that you get more, and the biggest supply of armour is most likely in Centra, so winning the war is key to that expansion. Your unit will never be in the same theatre of war as where you are, it would be considered a conflict of interest, you need to be kept impartial during your time on the front.

Can I be from a foreign nation or a secret agent?

The answer is a no for now. You are being trusted with the newest tech that the relevant nations have to offer, they are not going to allow any foreign nationals recently conscripted into service anywhere near them for fear of secrets being leaked. The best way to play a member of another nation? Conquer them, induct them or annex them. Once they are formally initiated into the faction, they can become playable soon after. As for working for the enemy, you'd have to have worked a long time for the nation to rise in the ranks to get to where you are and the current war is quite recent. To keep the game nice and simple, you need to make a character from the available nations.
