OOC Parking and Camping
If you are asked to park in a specific area then please do so. Please keep the roadway clear and do
not block in any vehicle access. There will be specific roadways and these will be clearly marked.
Remember that there are going to be heavy tracked and wheeled vehicles on site. You are
ultimately responsible while on site for your own vehicle and belongings and we take no
responsibility for any damage to your vehicle or possessions while on site.

All tents on the I/C field must be either Canvas or cotton appearing tents of either medieval or Simple military. We understand guy-ropes cant be helped. Here are a few examples of what would be very acceptable. If there is any clarification needed, please feel free to contact us.

If you own a military vehicle fitting for the system (Basic ex-army trucks and land rovers, jeeps and other such vehicles), we can allow you to park it in the I/C field. We cannot, however, allow you to drive it or start the engine during the event, it must have its wheels immobilized using wedges or braces. You can use it for sleeping, storage, or set up a fox-tent against it. If you wish to do this, please contact us to check the vehicle is ok in the I/C field and so we can take into account the location during camp planning.

Please be aware that camouflage patterns and nets are strictly not permitted at the event. None of the nations in the event will be using this so there is no way characters will be able to use it. Another reason for this is that we are using camouflage netting to hide static points in the combat zone that we do not want showing for some skirmishes. Camouflage netting therefore represents something not being there in-game. Please consider this when sorting tents and kit.
