Event info:
Time-in will be 6pm Friday.
Game activities will wrap up about 11pm each night with official time-out being 1am each night.
End of game timeout will be 3pm on Sunday.

Purchasing a ticket:
​
Trooper: £75 for earlybird tickets before the end of April 2023, £80 after. £5 off for students and concessions
Tanker: £160 for early bird tickets before the end of April 2023, £170 after. £10 off for students and concessions
Access ticket: £55 for earlybird tickets before the end of April 2023, £60 after. (Non-vehicular, Surgeon or Logistics classes)

Using this Information, we will add you to our records and reply with your designated Player Identification code (PID). You'll only need to do this once so keep hold of the email for future reference.

Pre-existing players do not need to send in their information a second time, simply use the same code for payment
​
To pay for a ticket, we are currently only able to do it by bank transfer

When asked to add a note to the transfer, follow these instructions:
Add your PID,
The abbreviation of the faction you are playing (Rev for Revaaran, Gul for Guldahn)
and which ticket you are paying for (either troop for Trooper, tank for Tanker or Acc for Access)
Add C at the end for Concessions

If you are a student, you'll need to present your valid ID at sign in at GOD

We will then reply once the payment has been accepted.

Refund Policy
​
Full refund can be given up to a month before the event for Tankers. Tanker tickets are paid to the site with at least a month in advance of the event for insurance purposes so it is very difficult for us to refund on short notice. Trooper and Access tickets can be refunded up until 10 days before the event. You can still transfer the ticket to someone else up until the day of the event but we cannot refund after this as it all leaves our account before then
